SMS Messaging Program Terms & Conditions
Lead Triage Engine provides automated SMS notifications, missed-call rescue responses, lead triage inquiries, and appointment scheduling updates.
- User Opt-In: You opt-in to SMS messaging by submitting your phone number via website contact/lead forms or by texting an opt-in keyword (e.g., START) directly to our business number.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time or text START.
- Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or email support@leadtriageengine.com.
- Cost & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on user interactions and lead activity.
- Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
General Provisions
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lead Triage Engine reserves the right to terminate access or service to any user at our discretion.
